Day 3
Name of God to proclaim and focus your worship to: Adonai (Lord and Master)

Adonai (אֲדֹנָי, lit. “My Lords”) is the plural form of adon (“Lord”) As with Elohim, Adonai’s grammatical form is usually explained as a plural of majesty (Trinity). In the Hebrew Bible, it is nearly always used to refer to God (approximately 450 occurrences). Adonai is more than a name, Adonai speaks of relationship; God’s total possession, my total submission. This name means “Master” or “Lord.” God, our Adonai, calls all God’s people to acknowledge themselves as His servants, claiming His right to reign as Lord of our lives.
Scripture Promise to claim: Isaiah 41:13 “For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you”. (41:10-13 are all worth looking into!)
Read the promise above; Ask God what are the areas of fear in your life that He wants to help you in. Listen and journal a prayer of response. Pray for those God puts on your heart that are struggling with fear today.
