Day 6
Name of God to proclaim and focus your worship to: El Shaddai (All Sufficient One)

El Shaddai (Hebrew: אֵל שַׁדַּי, IPA: [el ʃadˈdaj]) or just Shaddai means Mighty God and All-sufficient One.” Both can be used because the Almighty is the God who is enough! He is more than sufficient to meet any need. He is power and provision. In great compassion, He sustains, nourishes and protects me. He takes my weakness and gives me strength. He takes my inadequate resources and in His sufficiency uses them for His great and powerful purposes. It’s important to note here that to experience God’s sufficiency as our all-sufficient El Shaddai, we must realize our own insufficiency. To experience God’s fullness as He has revealed Himself through His names, we must first empty ourselves — that is, make ourselves empty vessels which El Shaddai can then fill and use.
Scripture Promise to claim: Philippians 4:19 “And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.”
Read the promise above; Come openly to Him, humbly asking God to reveal your deep need for Him. Ask Him where you need to lean into His all sufficiency today.
Listen and journal a prayer of response. Pray for those God puts on your heart that are looking in all the wrong places for what can be met only by our El Shaddai!
